My experience at this hotel was quite frustrating. While the clean room was a big plus, the overwhelming smell of disinfectants and noisy neighbors made it hard to enjoy my stay. The staff was friendly, but I felt uneasy with their ID policy during check-in. The experience fell short of my expectations overall.
